The new apartments "Villa by the sea" are located in a quiet area of Jurmala - Vaivari. The Villa is characterized by its incredible sea views, which open not only from the windows of the apartment but also from the Villa's terrace on the second floor. Guests have the option to use a private exit to the sea that is only 30 m from the suites. Up to 6 people can stay in the villa, so it is ideal for both families and groups of friends.
On the second floor of the apartments, there are four bedrooms with two King and two large single beds. Views of the sea open not only from the bedroom with a terrace but also from the bathroom, in which the bathtub is placed opposite the panoramic window to watch magnificent scenes.
On the first floor of the villa, there is a spacious living room with panoramic windows, which is combined with a kitchen - fully equipped with the latest technology equipment, cutlery, and dishes. The dining room is ideal for a beautiful banquet, from which a 180-degree view of the sea coast opens. For guests to have an even more restful stay, on the ground floor there is the sauna.
On the territory of the apartments, guests have access to chargers for two electric cars in a closed canopy and an equipped terrace area with a marquise, where you can enjoy both sunny and rainy days.

The upper floor features 2 bedrooms with King Size beds and 1 with a Queen size bed. There guests will find another fireplace and a flat-screen TV, as well as a cabinet with office equipment. Bathroom features marble and guests have access to spa center with a Russian sauna and hot tub. The garage has enough space for 2 cars.
