History of our villas
At the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, Jūrmala became a summer residence for many wealthy families. Among them were the Kuznetsovs — a prominent entrepreneurial family whose name is closely connected with the history of Riga and Jūrmala.
The family owned properties in Dzintari, Majori, and Melluži, where they spent their summers by the sea. Their daily life unfolded here — peaceful leisure, social events, and tennis games, which were an integral part of resort life at that time.
Our villas are also located in this historic setting, where more than a hundred years ago the rhythm of seaside life and the traditions of summer houses already flourished.
